Commercial Design

Commercial buildings are intended to serve a specific purpose, whether it is a business      operation, a technical facility, or a for-profit leasable building or space.  Designs for      business operations and technical facilities are unique and well-designed.  Leasable buildings, however, require a comprehensive design which will adapt itself to each tenant’s specific        requirements.  In addition to user requirements,  constraints associated with the site, applicable zoning, and design requirements further define the end product of commercial facilities.

Congleton Architect has employed user       programs, site considerations, and government regulations in designing numerous commercial facilities.

Projects selected for this portfolio include an animal hospital, office building (also an energy conservation pilot project), a retail space, and a shopping center.
